Wings Grill & Espresso Bar is located right at the airport at 13595 New Airport Road. It serves breakfast/lunch and has an aviation-oriented setting where you can watch airport activity.

This is where Auburn becomes an excellent half-day or full-day fly-in destination.
Head into Old Auburn Historic District to explore Gold Rush-era Auburn. You'll find historic architecture, shops, restaurants, galleries and museums. Auburn also offers self-guided historical walking tours, while docent-led Old Town tours currently leave the historic courthouse at 10 a.m. Saturdays.
For outdoor activities, Lake Clementine Trail is one of the area's signature hikes, following the North Fork of the American River toward Lake Clementine and the dam.
You could also visit No Hands Bridge, explore the American River canyon, or stop at Overlook Park for views and access to the surrounding trail system.
For a longer hiking excursion, Hidden Falls Regional Park has roughly 30 miles of multi-use trails through oak woodland and creek/canyon terrain.

4:00 PM — Knee Deep / nearby attractions
Passengers can visit the brewery while the pilot stays legal for the flight home.
5:00 PM — Return vehicle and depart KAUN.
